Hydro Atlantic is a boat accessible dive site, located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This dive site requires technical diving certification and some say it is one of the top 10 best wrecks to dive in the US. The maximum depth is about 172 ft and the boat length is of 172 ft. The average visibility is between 71 and 80 ft.

Being a wreck that occurred "naturally" while the ship was being towed, the inside of the ship is not clean at all. Getting tangled with wires or ropes is really easy so one should be really careful. Nevertheless this jungle of cables makes a unique and eerie scenery for photographers.

The wreck remains intact and it’s huge. It’s surface area has been colonized by soft corals and sponges encrust the hull, while in many of the swims-through there will be big schools of jacks and bait fish swarming. Large pelagic animals such barracudas are regular visitors and even bull sharks can be spotted.
